Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 28, 2025
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Alphaeum Private Limited ("Alphaeum" or "the Company") delivers a best-in-class, subscription-based SaaS analytics platform (the "Platform") empowering MSMEs and Enterprises to seamlessly integrate, visualize, and strategize using multi-source data. By registering, authenticating, or accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any provision, please discontinue use.
2. Service Description and Access
The Platform—accessible via a secure, TLS-encrypted web dashboard—leverages OAuth-based, read-only integrations with HubSpot, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Google Analytics to ingest data. Post-subscription activation, Alphaeum provisions account credentials. We reserve the right to modify or decommission features with advance notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
Users must register using accurate corporate details and safeguard credentials, including multi-factor authentication where mandated. Account sharing or unauthorized transfers are strictly prohibited. All activities are logged for audit and compliance.
4. Data Access via Third-Party OAuth APIs
Alphaeum employs industry-standard OAuth 2.0 for secure, token-based authorization. We request minimal, least-privilege, read-only scopes. Users retain full control and may revoke tokens at any time via provider portals. Data retrieval interruptions due to API changes are handled per our support SLA.
5. Data Security and Encryption Policy
All customer data is encrypted at rest in Azure Blob Storage (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Encryption keys are managed in Azure Key Vault. Complementary safeguards include network segmentation, vulnerability scans, and intrusion detection.
6. User Responsibilities and Restrictions
Users agree to lawful, ethical usage. Prohibited activities include reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, malware injection, and violation of third-party policies. Immediate suspension may result from policy breaches.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Alphaeum and its licensors retain all IP rights. We grant a limited, non-transferable license for internal analytics use. Users own their input data; Alphaeum holds a perpetual license to process and display it within the Platform.
8. Subscription Fees, Billing, and Cancellation
Fees are prepaid monthly or annually, non-refundable, and inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to billing. Non-payment may trigger service suspension.
9. Privacy and Compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
Alphaeum aligns with GDPR and CCPA mandates—users may exercise access, correction, and deletion rights. We do not sell or share personal data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed procedures.
10. Third-Party Integrations Disclaimer
Third-party services are subject to their own terms. Alphaeum isn't liable for external API outages, data inaccuracies, or policy changes.
11. Service Level Agreements and Support
Our SLA guarantees 99% uptime (excluding maintenance). Support tiers range from standard business hours to 24/7 enterprise coverage. Service credits apply per SLA terms for unplanned downtime.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alphaeum's liability is capped at subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months and excludes consequential damages.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use post-update implies acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian law (Chandigarh jurisdiction). Disputes shall first be addressed via good-faith discussions, then in Chandigarh courts.
